Payment option for other nationalities
Vipps / MobilePay plan to venture into other European countries during 2026. While we wait, other nationalities can pay with credit/debit cards or cash. Please note we prefer VIPPS MobilePay to any other form of payment and card payment come in second. Thank you very much for understanding.

Inhouse guest paying with card at check-out please provide information about you purchase from the honesty self-service bar.

Prices and calculation of the total is done automatically by the credit card machine.
To make it easy at check-out you can use the pen and paper-list in the room to write down your purchases during your stay.
Cash payment According to the current regulations from the Danish Consumer Ombudsman, cash payment in Danish Kroner (DKK) can only be required for in-person service where a staff member hands over the product and receives the payment directly during the business hours. No matter the business hours of the establishment, cash payment can never be required outside the hours of 06:00 AM – 10:00 PM nor can cash payments be required for products purchased through a self-service system.
Foreign currency and exchange: Foreign currency (including Euro or Euro coins) is not accepted, and we do not provide currency exchange services. If you have to pay with cash, please note we can only accept Danish Kroner (DKK), no other currency is valid as payment here. There is a ATM next to WestWind if you need to get DANISH KRONER.
